Professor Jeff Yao, MD

Dr. Jeffrey Yao is Professor of Orthopaedic Surgery at the Stanford University Medical Center. He is Director, Hand and Upper Extremity Surgery Fellowship, Orthopaedic Surgery, Stanford University Medical Center.
Dr. Yao is a graduate New York Presbyterial Hospital-Weill Cornell Medical College, in New York, New York. He completed his orthopedic surgery training at Albert Einstein College of Medicine. This was followed by a fellowship at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital.
Dr. Yao was awarded the Sterling Bunnell Traveling Fellowship Award by the American Society for Surgery of the Hand.
