He obtained further fellowship training in facial and breast surgery at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in New York.
Dr. Zenn was formerly Assistant Professor of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at UNC Hospitals in Chapel Hill and Profess or Plastic Surgery Division of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the Duke University Medical Center. He was also Vice Chief of the Division of Plastic Surgery and Director of Resident Training at Duke.
His two-volume textbook Reconstructive Surgery: Anatomy, Technique, and Clinical Application has become required reading for young plastic surgeons both in the United States and Internationally.
